3M 6003 Organic Vapor/Acid Gas Cartridge

The 3M 6003/07047 Cartridge is designed to offer protection against organic vapors and acid gases. When correctly paired with an approved and properly fitted 3M respirator, this cartridge contributes to respiratory defense against specific organic vapors, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, or hydrogen fluoride.

The 3M 6003 cartridge is NIOSH approved for protection against certain organic vapors and acid gases, the cartridge is labeled with the color code "yellow" within the NIOSH system. These cartridges can be used with various respiratory protection equipment, including 3M™ 6000 Series Half Facepieces, 6500/6500QL Series, 7500 Series, 6000 Series Full Facepieces, FF-400 Series, 7800 Series, and 3M™ Scott™ AV- 3000 HT and AV-3000 SureSeal Facepieces equipped with AV-632 Bayonet Adapter.

• Use with 3M Half and Full Facepieces 6000, 7000 and FF-400 Series with bayonet filter holders.
• The cartridge may be used for vapor concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces or 50 times PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces
